2. Course Registration and Payment

 

Payment is required to secure enrollment in any online or in-person training unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. In-Person Training Refund Policy

 

For in-person training registrations:

​

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the training date are eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees.

• Cancellations made 30–59 days before the training date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the training date are not eligible for a refund.

 

Participants who cancel less than 30 days before the training may transfer their registration to a future training offered by Aomi Kauber within one year of the original training date, subject to availability.

Transfers are limited to one occurrence unless otherwise approved in writing.

4. Online Course Refund Policy

​

Due to the immediate access provided to digital educational materials, all online course purchases are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for online courses, digital downloads, recorded content, or other digital educational products.

5. Cancellation by Organizer

​

Aomi Kauber reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any training due to illness, emergency, low enrollment, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If a training is canceled by the organizer, participants may choose either:

• A full refund of the registration fee paid, or

• Transfer of registration to a future training date.

 

The organizer is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging expenses, lost wages, or other incidental costs.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All course materials, videos, handouts, manuals, worksheets, images, graphics, text, and educational content are the intellectual property of Aomi Kauber unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, published, recorded, or taught as your own without prior written permission.

Purchasing a course grants a limited personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials with others.

• Reproduce or distribute course content.

• Use course materials in a manner that infringes upon intellectual property rights.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
